A beautifully located large country garden on a difficult sloping site in Powys. A garden was created to reflect the surrounding hills and to bring features of the landscape into the garden. Large sweeping beds filled with ornamental grasses for movement and ease of maintenance, with soft coloured planting. Numerous and varied seating areas were created to enjoy different vistas of the surrounding countryside and back to the house, allowing the owner to access all of the garden. A wild flower meadow sweeps around its periphery to complete the gentle transition from the extended landscape into the garden.
