CHRISSY SPOONER GARDEN DESIGNER
This attractive new town house required the front and rear gardens to be created from the 'usual' building plot. The front garden was to create some privacy and be very low maintenance. Photina ‘lollipops’ were chosen to create all year round structural interest. Their fresh new red growth in Spring adding vibrancy. Under-planted with box hedging and blue Geranium flowers under for summer interest. Creating a stylish entrance.
The small rear garden was to be feminine and incorporate personal items collected over the years by the client. A sense of privacy will be created when planting matures, dripping down from the oak posts enclosure. There is a small vegetable bed next to a compost beehive and over-sized pots with topiary cones to add all year interest.
