Hi, I am a garden lover & designer living in the wilderness of the Clun valley ‘the quietest places under the sun’ (A Shropshire Lad). Over the years whilst digging in the vegetable beds and flower borders, walking the dogs (Archie & Foxglove’), or dining alfresco on a summer night with friends, I have found it frustrating that I could never find those special things for my home and garden to achieve that final special flair at an affordable price or able to find all those practical things you need in the home and garden but beautifully designed. Without, dare I say it, being cheesy or crass.

Having mused over what I like, snuggled by a roaring fire in winter or walking through the forests with the sun on my face, I think I have got together a list of must haves for the home and garden. And of course that list is always growing!
